(WASHINGTON, DC) - In an interview with KSA2, Saudi Ambassador to the United States Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir emphasized the strong relationship between Saudi Arabia and the U.S. as the Kingdom prepares for its National Day celebration on September 23.

“Our relationship with the United States has been a strong, historic and strategic relationship for more than seven decades,” says Ambassador Al-Jubeir. “As a consequence of wise, rational and long-term policies, the two countries were able to build on the relationship and strengthen and broaden it and deepen it to where today, I believe the relationship is in an outstanding position.”

Saudi National Day celebrates the anniversary of the foundation of the Saudi state by King Abdulaziz Al-Saud in 1932. The annual event is being honored by Saudi Embassies and missions throughout the world.
