The Information Office of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia offers educational Outreach and Visitation Programs for government staff and civic organizations as well as universities and schools.
The Outreach/Visitation Program offers insight into the culture, history, development, and other aspects of the Kingdom. It is designed to help augment your multicultural and international education programs. Our typical presentation lasts approximately one hour. It includes a twenty-minute slide show, a question and answer session, a fashion show with participants modeling traditional Saudi clothes, and distribution of informative educational materials on the Kingdom. Our embassy visitation program hosts groups from across the United States, while our outreach program serves organizations in the greater Washington DC metropolitan area. We encourage you to contact the information office to schedule outreaches or visits, which can be arranged with only a few days' notice.
In addition, special topic presentations can be offered upon prior coordination. These topics can include doing business in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia's role in moderating conflict, and the role of women in Saudi society. For such presentations, three weeks' notice is required.
We have had continued success with these two programs over the past ten years. Each year we strive to increase the number of programs and participants. During the past three years, the Information Office has also participated in several exhibition programs.
Should you be interested in scheduling an outreach or a visit, please contact us using any of the methods listed below to make the necessary arrangements.
We look forward to meeting with you and hope to share part of our world with you.
