His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Minister of State and member of the Cabinet, will start an official visit to the United States on Thursday, July 9 to deliver a message to President William Clinton from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Ibn Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud.
