General Secretariat of Supreme Magistracy Council has called the formation of the Islamic Military Alliance to fight terrorism a blessed step towards the fight against terrorism and its extremist thought.
The Secretary-General and spokesman of the Council, Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed Al-Nashwan said the development of terrorism and its mechanisms, forms, manifestations, the multiplicity of its sources, and different sources make it imperative to take such a blessed step to fight it, drain its resources and eliminate sources of funding.
“The Islamic Alliance announces to the whole world that terrorism has no religion, and all have suffered from it, which requires decision-making process on the ground aiming at combating terrorism and responding militarily in accordance with the programs and mechanisms to support the joint efforts of countries allied to stand united against this serious challenge that surrounds the nations, undermines the security and threatens their stability.
