The leadership and people of Saudi Arabia would like to extend their sincere condolences to the American people and to the family of former President George H.W. Bush, who passed away Friday night. President Bush was a true friend of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom will never forget his resolve during the Gulf War of 1991 when American and Saudi troops fought side by side to reverse a flagrant  act of aggression.
