Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Taif’s 9th Annual Souq Okaz Festival will begin on Wednesday August 12. The festival will include participation of storytellers, intellectuals, poets, academics, artists and traditional craftsmen from both the Kingdom and abroad.

Souq Okaz represents a unique cultural experience in Saudi Arabia. Souk Okaz was recreated in the same location as the historic Souk Okaz was held.
