The Royal Court announced today the death of former Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal. Prince Saud, who is a Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet, Adviser to and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Supervisor of Foreign Affairs, passed away in the United States earlier today.

Funeral prayers for his soul will be performed at the Grand Mosque in Makkah on Saturday following Isha (evening) prayer. 

The Royal Court asks God Almighty to reward him a comfortable place in paradise for the good deeds he has done for his religion and nation.
