President Rodrigo Roa Duterte of the Philippines arrived in Riyadh this evening on a three-day state visit.  President Duterte was received at King Khalid International Airport by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Province, Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis, Minister of Labor and Social Development, Ibrahim Al-Sultan, Mayor of Riyadh, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Baseeri, Saudi Ambassador to the Philippines.
