In line with its mission to alleviate human suffering around the globe, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief)  distributed on Wednesday aid to vulnerable communities in Yemen and Kenya, and to people affected by natural disaster in Indonesia. 

•  In Yemen, KSrelief delivered 1,750 cartons of dates to displaced people in Marib governorate, benefiting 10,500 Yemenis. Additionally, the center distributed foodstuff and 75,000 pieces of clothing to widows in 9 Yemeni governorates including Hadramout, Shabwa, Mahra, Socotra, Aden, Lahj, Dalia, Abyan and Marib.

• In cooperation with the Kenyan Red Crescent, KSrelief distributed 13,000 food baskets to nursing mothers, pregnant women, the elderly and people suffering from chronic diseases in Dadaab located in the Garissa District of Kenya. 

• In efforts to alleviate the suffering of those effected by the earthquake that hit Indonesia, KSrelief delivered 370 tons of food baskets, 5,000 health kits and 3,500 shelter baskets to the town of Palu in the island of Sulawesi. 

These projects are among numerous humanitarian initiatives and qualitative programs carried out by KSrelief aimed at alleviating poverty and reaching all those in need of assistance following natural disasters.
