In cooperation with the United Arab Emirate’s Ministry of Health, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has set up an urgent response team to develop rapid intervention programs, diagnosis, treatment and control and work on prevention of the cholera epidemic.
The Center has an ongoing contact with the rest of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) members through the GCC Aid Coordination Office and the members of the Arab coalition to implement urgent programs and develop a plan to contain the epidemic and to protect the Yemeni people from the risks and consequences.
The Center also cooperates with international organizations such as the World Health Organization and UNICEF and the International Medical Corps.
