The Minister of Housing today signed a memorandum of understanding with South Korea’s Ministry of Land, Transport and Infrastructure for the construction of 100,000 housing units in Riyadh over a ten years.  The Saudi-South Korean consortium included Korea’s Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co. and Hanwha Engineering and Construction Corp., and Saudi company Pan Kingdom Company (SAPAC).
