The Foreign Ministry today expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's strong condemnation of the murder of Russia's Ambassador to Turkey, Andrey Karlov.

In a statement issued this evening, the Foreign Ministry said that the murder is contrary to the international laws, the principles of protection of diplomats and international envoys and humanitarian principles and ethics.

The Foreign Ministry offered its condolences to the family of Ambassador Karlov and the Russian government and people.
