The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz discussed with US President Donald Trump several topics in a telephone call on Sunday.

During the call, they discussed the latest regional and world developments, and the historic relations between their two friendly countries and the strategic partnership as well as the importance of improving the economic, security and military cooperation between them.

The views of the two leaders were identical on the files that were discussed during the call, including the fight against terrorism, extremism, their finance, formulating the appropriate mechanisms for that, and confronting those who seek to undermine security and stability in the region and interfere in the internal affairs of other states.

King Salman extended an invitation to President Trump to visit the Kingdom and the US President also invited the King to visit the US. The two leaders agreed to schedule the visits in the coming period so as to promote cooperation and joint action and activate the strategic partnership between the two countries further.
