The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz held talk at Al-Yamamah Palace today with Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto.

At the outset of the session, King Salman decorated President Nieto with King Abdulaziz Medal. For his part, President Nieto decorated the King Salman with the Order of the Aztec Eagle.

The talks addressed bilateral relations, aspects of cooperation between the two friendly countries and the developments on the international arena.

Following the talks, numerous memoranda of understanding were signed between the two countries including a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of tourism, a memorandum of understanding in the energy sector, and a memorandum of understanding between the Saudi Fund for Development and the Mexican National Bank for Foreign Trade. General agreements in economic, trade, investment, educational, scientific, technical, youth and sports fields were also co-signed.
