Over the past three days, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz held telephone consultations with a number of regional and world leaders where they discussed, amount other things, Operation Decisive Storm against Houthis rebels in Yemen. During the telephone calls, the leaders expressed full support for the Kingdom's actions and expressed readiness to provide any support needed by Saudi Arabia.
King Salman spoke with King Felipe VI of Spain, King Mohammed VI of Morocco, King Abdullah II of Jordan, King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa of Bahrain, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, French President Francois Hollande, US President Barak Obama, Egyptian President Abdul Fattah El-Sisi, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir, Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, British Prime Minister David Cameron, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
