The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry started their joint meeting in Doha today. The Saudi delegation is headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir.
