The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has approved delegating Princess Haifa bint Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf Al Muqrin to be a Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
Princess Haifa, who holds a Master of Science in Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of the University of London, has extensive experience in social and economic fields and their applications and international work.
Saudi Arabia was the top reformer and improver among 190 economies in the World Bank’s Women, Business and the Law 2020 report, achieving a score of 70.6 out of 100.
The report places the Kingdom first among Gulf Cooperation Council countries and second in the Arab world.
