During its meeting in Riyadh today, the Majlis Al-Shoura (Consultative Council) tasked the Ministry of Justice with drawing up regulations and setting safeguards to prevent the marriage of underage girls.
Presided over by Speaker Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al-Asheikh, the Majlis also approved judicial and administrative formations for courts, new judicial districts and notaries.
