Forbes names King Abdullah Arab world’s most powerful person

The U.S.-based Forbes Magazine has named the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz as the most powerful person in the Arab world for the fourth year in a row. The Saudi monarch is ranked seventh overall in the renowned publication’s annual list of the world’s most powerful people. He is described as enjoying a prestigious position as the leader of a country home to twenty percent of the world’s oil, as well as Islam’s two holiest sites.
