426,428 pilgrims arrive in Madinah

A total of 426,428 pilgrims have arrived so far in Madinah, through Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport and other entry points, after performing Hajj rituals. A total of 182,163 pilgrims have left the city, while 244,212 pilgrims are still in the city to offer prayers at the Prophet’s Holy Mosque. In its report issued today, the Secretariat of the Hajj Committee in Madinah said that Indonesians topped the list of arrival pilgrims with a figure of 29,132, followed by 28,105 Iranians and 21,482 Indians. The report affirmed that all concerned departments are providing the best possible services to pilgrims around the clock.
