King’s Charitable Campaign dispatches second caravan in Pakistan

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Charitable Campaign has dispatched its second relief caravan to flood-stricken areas in Pakistan. A ceremony held in Islamabad to launch the caravan was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Abdulaziz Al-Ghadeer and Pakistan’s Bait Al-Mal (Treasury) Chairman Zumurrad Khan. According to a statement from Ambassador Al-Ghadeer, the relief convoy is carrying 35,000 food baskets, 15,000 blankets and 3,000 tents. For his part, Chairman Khan reiterated the thanks of the government and people of Pakistan to the Kingdom for its continuing assistance.
