King Abdullah sponsors Hajj pilgrims

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has ordered the sponsorship of 1,400 pilgrims from around the world for this year’s Hajj pilgrimage. The Program of Hosting Pilgrims, supervised annually by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance, has allowed more than 22,000 Muslims to take part in Hajj rituals since its establishment.

In addition, King Abdullah has ordered the hosting of 1,000 pilgrims from the families of Palestinian martyrs and prisoners. Over the past five years, 11,000 Palestinians have performed Hajj at the expense of the Saudi King.
