Family of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz donate 10 tons of dates to Palestinian refugees in Lebanon

July 20, 2012

The family of the late Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz has delivered ten tons of dates as a gift to Palestinian people living in refugee camps in Lebanon.  The donation, to mark the blessed month of Ramadan, was delivered by the Saudi Embassy in Beirut.  Saudi Arabia is the largest donor to Palestinians refugees in Lebanon.  In 2011, the Kingdom donated $10 million to reconstruct the Nahr Al-Bared Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon.
