King Abdullah receives congratulations on Ramadan from heads of state

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has received telephone calls from several heads of state offering their congratulations on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan. Over the past three days, the Saudi leader has spoken with Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa; Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani; Moroccan King Mohammed VII; Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah; Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi; Lebanese President General Michel Suleiman; and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
In addition, King Abdullah, Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Second Deputy Prime Minister Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz have sent and received a number of cables to and from leaders of Muslim countries on the occasion of Ramadan.
