Saudi Relief Campaign for Somalia signs agreement with UNICEF

The Saudi National Campaign for the Relief of the People of Somalia has signed a cooperation agreement with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to implement medical nutrition programs for Somali children. Accordingly, an amount of SR 5,823,140 [$1.55 million] has been transferred by the Campaign’s administration to kick off the relief program. Mubarak bin Saeed Al-Bakr, the Executive Manager of the Campaign, said the donation was made per the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz.
