Sacrificial meat shipment arrives in Comoros Island

A vessel laden with 3,000 heads of sacrificial meat has arrived in Moroni Island in the Comoros, to be distributed among those in need. The delivery is part of a humanitarian mission, managed by the Jeddah-based Islamic Developments Bank (IDB), to distribute sacrificial meat to the poor inside and outside of the Kingdom. The goal is to deliver 800,000 heads of meat to Saudi charities, as well as 200,000 heads of meat to 24 countries in Africa and Asia.
