Suspects arrested in attack on German diplomatic car

The Security Spokesman for the Ministry of Interior has announced the arrest of two men suspected in an attack last month on a diplomatic car belonging to the German Embassy. The Eastern Province police reported the attack, in which shots were fired at the vehicle, on 12/4/1435 H. [February 12, 2104]. In a statement, the spokesman reported that Hadi bin Yousef Radhi Al-Hezaim was arrested on 16/5/1435 H. [March 17, 2014] and Ahmad bin Hussain bin Ali Al-Aradi was taken into custody at an earlier date. Both are suspected in the attack against the diplomatic car, in addition to other terrorist operations in the town of Awamiyyah in Eastern Province.
In addition, the spokesman demanded that Fadhel bin Hassan Abdullah Al-Safwani, Salman bin Ali Salman Al-Faraj and Mohammed bin Ali Aburrahim Al-Faraj (whose names are stated on the list of 23 wanted fugitives announced on 8/2/1433 H. [January 2, 2012]), in addition to Aqeel bin Nabil Mohammed Al-Johar and Salem bin Abdullah Hussain Abu Abdullah, surrender themselves to the nearest security department in order to clarify their positions.
