Prince Nawaf offers condolences after deadly soccer riot in Egypt

General President of Youth Welfare Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, in his capacity as President of the Arab Football Federation, offered his condolences to the Egyptian people following a soccer riot in Port Said on Wednesday that killed 79 people and injured more than 1,400. In a statement, Prince Nawaf expressed the regret of the entire Arab sporting world and appealed to God Almighty to bestow mercy upon the souls of the dead and to heal the injuries of the wounded.
