King appoints new Supreme Court President

The Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz issued a royal order yesterday terminating the service of Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Kulliyah as President of the Supreme Court, upon his own request, and appointing Sheikh Ghaihab bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghaihab as President of the Supreme Court at the rank of a minister.

In another royal order, the King relieved Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Yahya of his post as Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Magistracy and appointed Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed bin Mohammed bin Nashwan as Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Magistracy at the rank of Chief of the Court of Appeals.
