Coast Guard arrests 21 Iranian intruders

The Saudi Coast Guard intercepted 21 Iranians attempting to enter Saudi Arabia on Wednesday in two separate boats, the Coast Guard announced. Speaking to Arab News, Eastern Province Coast Guard Command spokesman Khaled Al-Arqubi said a Coast Guard patrol intercepted two Iranian boats in Saudi territorial waters near Harqous Island in the northern Gulf. Al-Arqubi added that the intruders were unarmed and that the investigation is ongoing.
