Saudi Arabian Airlines to fly 500,000 pilgrims home

Khaled Al-Mulhim, Director General of Saudi Arabian Airlines, says that the Kingdom’s national carrier will fly about 500,000 pilgrims back to their home countries.

 

Sami Badr, Director of the Hajj Terminal at Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz Airport, told the Jeddah-based Okaz newspaper that the Civil Aviation Authority and the Hajj Ministry are coordinating efforts to transport pilgrims to the airport.

He added that offices have been set around Makkah to organize the departure process.
