33 million gallons of desalinated water consumed in Mina

Over 22.5 million gallons of desalinated water was consumed today in Mina by pilgrims, the General Supervisor of the Directorate General of Water in Makkah Mohammed Al-Baghdadi said today. Mr. Al-Baghdadi added that an additional 10.5 million gallons of desalinated water was consumed by air conditioners and misting systems the Mina region.
