November 7, 2008

A Saudi cargo plane carrying relief supplies for Pakistani earthquake victims arrived in Baluchistan’s Quetta Airport today. The delivery included 10 tons of food, medicine, tents and blankets.

The Saudi airlift began on November 1 at the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. The Kingdom has set aside 100 tons of aid to be sent to Pakistan.
