King Abdullah underwent more medical tests

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has undergone further tests this morning at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, the Royal Court announced today.

King Abdullah went to the hospital after complaining of increased back pain today.

“The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques underwent more medical tests this morning at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh. The tests revealed that the herniated disc, accompanied by a blood clot , is putting pressure on the adjacent nerves.  The medical team advised the King to rest,” the statement said.

"The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques left the hospital today afternoon," the statement concluded.
