Prince Khalid bin Sultan meets with U.S. Defense Secretary Gates

Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation for Military Affairs, visited the Pentagon on Tuesday, where he was received by U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates. Afterwards, Prince Khalid and his accompanying delegation participated in the Strategic Joint Planning Committee (JPC) meeting.
On Tuesday evening, U.S. Undersecretary of Defense for Political Affairs Michele Flournoy hosted a dinner in honor of Prince Khalid. The event was also attended by Chief of the U.S. Training Mission in Saudi Arabia Major General Paul Van Sickle and a number of other officials.
