IIRO distributes 10,000 Iftar food baskets to Syrian refugees in Egypt

The International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO), an affiliate of the Muslim World League (MWL), has distributed 10,000 food baskets for Iftar (fast-breaking) meals to Syrian refugees in Egypt since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan. According to IIRO Secretary General Ihsan bin Saleh Tayyib, this program will continue until the end of the month.
The Project of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud for Providing Iftar Meals Abroad provides free meals for more than two million fasting Muslims in 41 countries during the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative, which began in 1430 H. , distributes more than 35,000 Iftar meals daily.
