Second Saudi relief plane arrives in Sri Lanka

The second Saudi plane carrying relief supplies arrived Colombo today, as part of the airlift ordered by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to help Sri Lankan refugees. The plane, loaded with 78 tons of foodstuffs, medicines, rugs, blankets and tents, was received by Saudi Ambassador to Sri Lanka Abdulaziz Aljammaz and senior Sri Lankan officials. The first relief plan arrived in Colombo on Wednesday loaded with 100,653 tons of foodstuffs, medicines, rugs, blankets and tents.
