New Mayor of Riyadh appointed

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz today issued a royal order in Jeddah relieving Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf Al-Miqren of his post as Mayor of Riyadh, upon his request, and appointing Engineer Abdullah Al-Muqbil to the post of Mayor of Riyadh at the Excellent Rank, with immediate effect.  Prince Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Miqren was first appointed Mayor of Riyadh by the late King Fahd bin Abdulaziz  on July 7, 1997.
