King Abdullah receives condolences, including from U.S. President Obama

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has been receiving messages of sympathy from world leaders, including U.S. President Barack Obama, on the death of his brother, Crown Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, who passed away today.
Meanwhile, members of the Royal Family and government officials are beginning to arrive in Jeddah today in preparation for the funeral prayers which will be held on tomorrow following Maghrib (sunset) prayers at the Grand Mosque in Makkah.
The Saudi Embassy in Washington will open a book of condolences for signing at the embassy, Monday June 18 through Wednesday, June 20 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Prayer services will be held at the embassy for Crown Prince Nayef on Monday, June 18 following Dhuhr (noon) prayer.
