Crown Prince receives British Defense Secretary

Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz received British Defense Secretary Philip Hammond at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah yesterday. The two sides held talks, discussing prospects for bilateral cooperation and the latest regional and international developments.
The audience was attended by Deputy Defense Minister Prince Fahd bin Abdullah bin Mohammed; Chief of the Crown Prince’s Court Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz; Chief of the General Staff Gen. Hussein Al-Qabil; Director General of the Office of the Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Al-Bunyan; and Saudi Military Attaché to Britain and Ireland Air Commander Abdullah Al-Zughaibi.
Afterwards, the British delegation traveled to Riyadh, where they were received by Minister of the National Guard Prince Meteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. During that meeting, Saudi-British military and security relations were reviewed. Later, Prince Meteb held a luncheon in honor of Secretary Hammond.
