Crown Prince Salman welcomes King Juan Carlos of Spain

Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz held a bilateral meeting with King Juan Carlos of Spain held in Jeddah today. During the audience, the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation, regional and international developments and other issues of common interest.
On the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef; Minister of State Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz; Saudi Ambassador to Spain Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Farhan; Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fowzan Al-Rabiah; and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Ubaid Madani. The Spanish delegation included Minister of Defense Pedro Morenes Eulate; Minister of Development Ana Pastor; Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism Jose Manuel Soria; and Spanish Ambassador to the Kingdom Joaquin Perth.
The Crown Prince also hosted a luncheon in honor of the Spanish King. During his three-day visit to Saudi Arabia, King Juan Carlos is scheduled to meet with several senior governmental officials and business figures.
