GCC leaders hold 12th Consultative Meeting

Under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the leaders and heads of delegations of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states held the 12th Consultative Meeting of GCC Leaders in Riyadh today.
The meeting, held at Al-Dir’iya Palace, was attended by Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz; Second Deputy Prime Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz; Riyadh Governor Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz; Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal; Chief of General Intelligence Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz; and Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf.
The GCC member states’ delegations were led by Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah; Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani; Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa; UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; and Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs Fahd bin Mahmud Al-Saeed.
After the meeting adjourned, the GCC officials dined with King Abdullah and then departed the Kingdom.
