King Abdullah discusses political crisis with Lebanese officials

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz met with the leader of Lebanon’s Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt and Minister of Information Ghazi Al-Aridhi in Riyadh today to discuss the current political crisis in Lebanon, which has been without a president since November 2007.
Also visiting the Kingdom today was Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad Al-Thani, who met with Crown Prince Sultan to discuss boosting bilateral cooperation.
In related news, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal met with the foreign minister of Cyprus, Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis, in Riyadh today to review issues of mutual interest.
