King Abdullah holds talks with Pakistani president

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz held talks today with Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, who is currently on a brief official visit to the Kingdom.


The Saudi-Pakistani talks focused on the situation in Iraq and the Palestinian issue. Other international issues as well as bilateral relations were also discussed.

During the visit, King Abdullah awarded Musharraf with the King Abdulaziz Medal. The King also hosted a luncheon in honor of Musharraf at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh.
