King Abdullah meets with Jordanian monarch for talks about Palestine, Iraq

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz met with Jordan’s King Abdullah II for talks in Riyadh today. The Jordanian monarch is visiting Saudi Arabia and Egypt prior to his trip to the United States this weekend.

The Saudi-Jordanian talks addressed Arab, Islamic and international issues, notably the situations in Palestine and Iraq. Bilateral relations and various aspects of cooperation between the two nations were also discussed.

Before departing the Kingdom, the Jordanian king attended a luncheon held in his honor by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
