Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz will open the fourth Shura (Consultative) Council session in Riyadh on Saturday. On the occasion, the King will deliver his annual speech outlining Saudi Arabia’s foreign and domestic policy.
