Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz hosted a lunch in honor of visiting Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi today. Prodi also visited the Shura (Consultative) Council, where he met with Chairman Saleh bin Homaid, senior officials and Council members.

Prodi departed Riyadh today after a two-day official visit to the Kingdom. Last night, he met with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for talks about bilateral and international issues, particularly the Middle East peace process and the situation in Iraq.
