King Abdullah meets with President Musharraf of Pakistan

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz met with Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf in Jeddah today.

The Saudi-Pakistani talks focused on the latest developments in the Islamic and international arenas, as well as ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation. In remarks prior to his departure for the Kingdom yesterday, President Musharraf said that the talks would also address extremism and terrorism.

After the meeting, King Abdullah hosted a luncheon in honor of President Musharraf and his delegation.

Tomorrow, King Abdullah is scheduled to meet with Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah, who is paying a brief visit to the Kingdom.
