Saudi-Kuwaiti talks focus on Palestine, Iraq and Lebanon

Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah of Kuwait paid a brief one-day visit to Saudi Arabia for talks with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.

King Abdullah welcomed the emir at the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah today. The two leaders then held talks at the airport’s Royal Reception Lounge, with Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz in attendance. The talks focused on Gulf, Arab, and Islamic issues, in particular the situations in Palestine, Iraq and Lebanon. They also discussed areas of bilateral cooperation.
