King Abdullah meets with MWL chief

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz met with Muslim World League (MWL) chief Dr. Abdullah Al-Turki in Jeddah today. Al-Turki is currently in the Kingdom to participate in the first session of the Executive Council of the Supreme Coordination Council for Islamic Organizations, which met at MWL headquarters in Makkah today.

During the audience, King Abdullah expressed his appreciation for the Supreme Coordination Council meeting and praised its efforts in the service of Islam. He highlighted the importance of maintaining Islam’s pure image and reiterated that terrorist acts committed by deviant groups have nothing to do with the religion.

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz also met with Al-Turki in Jeddah today.
